Mac is really one of the most cheerful people I have met. Even with a cold, he just grins through the sneezing and sniffles. It's hard not to smile when he's smiling, and it's really hard not to smile when he's laughing!
We had some fun yesterday morning trying on his new hat.
And then Katie Ray walked in and caught his eye. That just makes him light up!
I can't remember what he was laughing about here...
But there is something that he goes crazy for: sometimes when my hands are busy and I need to have a pacifier handy, I'll grasp the edge of his pacifier between my teeth, just to keep it handy and clean (relatively speaking.) I have been doing this since he was a baby, especially right before rocking him to sleep. Well, all of a sudden, as of a few weeks ago, he thinks it's absolutely hilarious that I have a pacifier anywhere near my mouth. As soon as he sees it, he breaks out into a huge grin and starts to chuckle.
And now, he actually tries to put the pacifier into my mouth, which then makes him laugh out loud! I think we have a real jokester on our hands!
He is just a sweet boy!
