Cruisin'

This is one of those posts that blogger never actually posted.  So I think it belongs on April 21!

Mac came with us today for Katie Ray's  haircut. He was mostly interested in putting the long waiting bench to good use as a "cruising support."

These days he can cruise and cruise... He literally does laps around the ottoman in the family room. 

Poor little guy has yet another cold (he probably caught it from me) and is teething, so the combination makes for some restless nights. But the lack of sleep hasn't slowed him down in the dy time!

Romper Room

(Yes, I take a lot of photos during bath time. These days it's one of the only times Mac stays still!  And it's a rate moment of "downtime" in a wild day!)

Running a little ragged around here, but have to post a few pics. 

In the past week Mac has learned to pull himself up to standing and is tentatively cruising (though creeping is more apt) along stretches of furniture or walls.  

He could not be more proud of his accomplishments and is pretty furious if you don't help him achieve these goals! But he is all smiles when you do!!!

These pics make me smile because they capture such funny expressions, even though after the first two, they don't really look that much like him!
